DOES INCLEMENT WEATHER AFFECT YOUR CHILDCARE PROGRAM HOURS?

Yes! We mirror the same delays and closures as the North Arlington Public Schools, which means the following:

  • When your child’s school has a delayed opening, there will be no Before the Bell program, but we will still have our regularly scheduled After School care.

  • When your child’s school has an early dismissal, there will be no After School program.

  • When your child’s school is closed, we are also closed.


How do I properly withdraw my child from your program?

In order to withdraw a student from the SACC program, we must receive a written notice 30 days prior to the intended date of withdrawal. A Withdrawal from Program form is available for your convenience. Please use this form to properly withdraw your child from either or both, the Before the Bell and/or After School program, 30 days prior to their last day of attendance.

Example: If you plan to withdraw your child on November 1st, you must notify SACC in writing on or before October 1st, and have tuition paid for the month of October.


What is the payment structure for tuition? When is tuition due?

Tuition is based on a total of 180 sessions at 3 hours each, in a regular school year. Monthly payments are divided equally over a 10 month period.

Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month, and will be considered late if not received by the 5th of the month. Payment must be handed to a staff member at the door or received in the mail by the due date. Please view our Tuition Chart for payment breakdown and due dates!


How can I pay for my child’s tuition?

We accept the following methods of payment:

Is there a late fee if I cannot make a tuition payment on time?

A late fee of $25 will be imposed if payment is received after the 5th day of the month, and an additional late fee of $5 per day will be incurred until tuition is paid for that month. 


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY credit card is declined for tuition PAYMENT?

A returned check or declined credit card transaction will result in a penalty of $50.  After one instance of a returned check, remaining payments will only be accepted in the form of cash or money order.
